Workshops
What we deliver
Workshops are action-focused learning sessions designed for construction, manufacturing and other high-pressure teams. Sessions range from short, toolbox-style talks to half, and full-day programmes or multi-session courses. Each workshop is built to be immediately useful on site: clear takeaways, simple scripts for supervisors, practical role play and materials crews can use after the session. Materials and agendas can be supplied on site or digitally for ongoing reference.

Formats & flexibility
-
Toolbox talks (20–45 minutes), half-day and full-day workshops, and bespoke multi-session programmes.
-
Live delivery on site or interactive online sessions, designed to work with shift patterns and mobile-first access.
-
Agenda and topics driven by employer data reporting so workshops address the real issues affecting your sites.

Content & facilitation
-
Plain language, lived-experience framing and practical skills (stress, fatigue, sleep and recovery, substance awareness, supervisor briefings, conflict de-escalation and peer support).
-
Delivered by facilitators and clinical advisers with direct sector experience; we also work with a network of therapists and coaches trained to support onsite and online delivery. This combination ensures content that resonates with people who “don’t do clinical language” and that links wellbeing to safety and performance.

How workshops support supervisors and crews
-
Build practical conversation skills: spotting signs, having non-judgemental conversations, making safe referrals and running short follow-ups.
-
Create immediate toolbox resources supervisors can reuse (scripts, micro-interventions, short exercises).
-
Reinforce culture change by matching workshop content to in-app activity (Jeff Says / Happibot), EAP activity and the HR data that identifies hotspots. This makes workshops not a one-off talk but part of a wider prevention and support pathway.

What HR and Safety teams get
-
Bespoke, evidence-led agendas informed by anonymous workforce data and employer reporting so training targets the right sites and shifts.
-
Practical outputs aligned to risk management: suggested follow-ups, escalation steps, and simple measures to check impact (pulse rechecks, uptake of EAP, short behavioural metrics).
-
Support for regulatory and ESG reporting: workshops demonstrate active, measurable steps to manage mental-health risk in safety-critical environments.

Outcomes you can measure
-
Increased help-seeking and EAP uptake, improved supervisor confidence, clearer referral pathways and measurable reductions in risk-related absence and incidents. HappiHub frames workshops as risk-reduction interventions that protect people and reduce downstream cost and liability.

Pricing & packages
-
Workshops are available as single sessions or as part of subscription packages. Pricing and package options are designed to scale with your workforce and subscription term; materials and follow-up support are included where specified. (Example pricing and package structures are used in our commercial materials.)

Getting started
We recommend a staged approach: pilot on a small number of sites, tailor content and thresholds to your workforce and hazards, train supervisors on practical use of materials, then scale. Happihub integrates workshops with in-app tools and EAP to ensure training converts into sustained behaviour change, not just a good day on site.
Happihub workshops prioritise plain language, practical skills and measurable impact, delivered where your people work so support is immediate, trusted and effective.
