Our Mission

Mental health support should not just be reserved for the big boys.

Every business needs good mental health policies. Not just the companies with HR departments, legal teams, big budgets, and wellbeing managers.

Smaller businesses care about their people just as much. In many cases, they know their teams better. They see the pressure first-hand. They know when someone is struggling. But when it comes to policies, resources, audits, and workplace wellbeing support, smaller companies are often left behind.

That is what we want to change.

At Happihub, our mission is simple: to make proper mental health support accessible to every workplace, no matter the size of the business.

What we’re giving to smaller businesses

We are building a practical mental health support package for smaller companies who want to do the right thing but may not have the time, budget, or internal support to create everything from scratch.

This includes:

  • Mental health policies that help businesses put clear, professional support in place.

  • Posters, leaflets, and workplace assets that make support visible on site, in the office, and wherever the team works.

  • Digital resources employees can access from their phones, so help is not hidden in a folder or pinned to a noticeboard no one reads.

  • Practical guidance that helps businesses show they are taking mental health seriously, especially when it comes to audits, expectations, and looking after their people properly.

  • The aim is to give smaller companies the kind of structure and protection larger businesses already have access to, without the cost and complexity that usually comes with it.

Why this matters

Mental health at work is no longer just a “nice to have”. Businesses are being expected to show that they are supporting their people, not just saying the right words.

A policy on paper is a start, but it is not enough on its own. Support needs to be seen. It needs to be easy to access. It needs to feel real to the people using it.

That is where we come in.

We want to help smaller businesses put the right foundations in place before problems escalate. Not to tick boxes. Not to look good for an audit. But to protect people, support teams, and give business owners peace of mind that they have taken meaningful steps to look after their workforce.

Free support, with no catch

This might sound too good to be true, but it is not.

We are giving our mental health policies and core support assets to smaller companies for free.

There may be small costs for physical items such as printed posters, leaflets, or site materials, but the mission is not to put another expensive barrier in front of businesses already trying to do the right thing.

We know smaller companies do not always have spare budget for wellbeing programmes. That should not mean their teams go without support.

Powered by social value

This is where social value comes in. When larger companies work with Happihub, the money they invest does more than support their own teams. It helps us spread that support so its available to smaller businesses that may not have the same budget behind them.

In simple terms, the bigger organisations help us open the door for the smaller ones.

That means a company with five, ten, or twenty people can still access the kind of support that usually only bigger businesses can afford. For us, that is what social value should look like: real support reaching real people.
