Support & Training

What Happihub’s EAP provides

  • 24/7 confidential support: access to counselling, short-term therapy and crisis signposting whenever your people need it.

  • Practical one-to-one help: guided coaching, financial and lifestyle advice, and specialist referrals from our team of experts.

  • Manager & supervisor support: manager consultations, briefings and return-to-work guidance so supervisors know what to say and how to act.

  • Crisis response & safety links: clear pathways to national crisis resources and escalation workflows for urgent cases.

How this EAP is different

Happihub is built for hard-to-reach, blue-collar workforces. The service is mobile-first, plain-spoken and grounded in lived experience so people use it, not ignore it. It’s designed to be engaging and practical rather than clinical, so uptake and early help-seeking improves.

Support & training offered alongside the EAP

  • Supervisor & manager training (spotting signs, non-judgemental conversations, safe referrals). Training is brief, practical and linked to site realities.

  • Mental-health first aid and toolbox refreshers, short on-site or online sessions that link directly to day-to-day safety and behaviour.

  • Bespoke briefings and escalation planning for HR and safety teams so training ties to operational risk management.

How it ties into your wider wellbeing system

Happihub’s EAP is integrated with Jeff (our in-app AI) and the workshops programme: Jeff can signpost people to EAP services and the anonymous, aggregated signals from in-app chats, pulse checks and engagement feed HR reporting so training and interventions are targeted where they’ll help most.

Privacy, data and compliance

Happihub is privacy-first. We aggregate and anonymise data before reporting so HR gets organisational insight, not identifiable conversations. Happihub acts as a data processor for employee-level records while providing employers with safe, anonymised datasets and benchmarks to drive action.

Outcomes and return on investment

The EAP and training are positioned as risk-reduction tools: earlier engagement, clearer supervisor action, improved help-seeking and measurable reductions in absence, turnover and safety incidents. Evidence and models used across our materials show a strong ROI from well-targeted mental-health investment.

Getting started

We recommend a staged approach: pilot the EAP and training on a few sites, align manager briefings and workshop agendas to what your people say, then scale as uptake and impact are proven. Our commercial materials and pilot plans define typical KPIs and reporting to demonstrate value from day one.

Happihub’s EAP combines 24/7 clinical support with industry-aware training and HR-facing insight so help is accessible, managers are supported, and organisations can act early to reduce harm.
