Why we exist
Workplaces with long hours, shifting rosters and male-dominated cultures face a real mental-health and safety gap: traditional programmes are too clinical, too corporate or simply ignored. That leaves problems to grow until they show up as incidents, long absences, churn and legal or insurance risk. Happihub was founded to close that gap with tools and support designed for the people who work with their hands, their mates and their supervisors every day.
