Our Vision & Story

Having experienced first-hand the benefits rehab can offer, but also understanding it is not a solution for all, Happihub was created to offer a personal, dedicated support programme to those looking for a more controlled and healthier lifestyle but in a more cost-effective, tailored ecosystem that works for everyone.

By working with multi-faceted experts in the fields of wellbeing, health and fitness, sleep and nutrition, Happihub is a like-minded community that can help anyone change the way they live and the way they think, giving the tools to live a healthier, more balanced and structured life.

Happihub – making a better you.

Steve's Story

The inspiration and driving force behind Happihub. Steve, after years in therapy thought he had found a comfortable and happy life with his family in Surrey, before his long addiction to painkillers eventually took hold and he lost everything - including a very successful business, his wife, his children briefly, his home and his health. This led him to a stay in rehab. After rehab, Steve was blindingly aware that there was still a void in his life that was preventing him from completing his journey to recovery. He then set about finding out what it was exactly that was behind all of his recurring issues behind his mental health. He realised it wasn't just one thing and that you need to do it all - mindfulness, exercise, sleep and nutrition - alongside having structure and routine, im order to get yourself a more balanced mind and a better lifestyle. Steve's next focus was on obtaining the necessary qualifications in Life Coaching and Therapy. He then started to bring in other key professionals that could help support the framework required to achieve and deliver the other pillars Critically, it was the realisation that he was desperately missing the structure and routine that rehab had afforded him, so he set about creating Happihub, a one stop shop for all the necessary pillars to achieving a heathier, more balanced life.

Strength

Having taken the step to join the Happihub community, be assured that the mindset of strength is already there. By supporting each member to find the strength to overcome the challenges faced in everyday life, and by being part of the Happihub community, a place that allows people to interact with each other, everyone will be comfortable to share their thoughts and feelings on the journey to positive change.

Through the unique combination of our Happihub experts – a collection of specialists in fitness and lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, life coaching, therapy, and meditation – as well as daily tasks and momentary self-assessments, each Happihub member is provided with an engaging and rewarding daily structure tailored to them. Over time, this newfound self-belief and positive mindset will become a healthy habit that can be carried forward into the new life you have been searching for.

Everyone has the ability to change the way they think, change the way they approach situations and change a negative thing into a positive thing in their life.

After going through each of these simple steps, Happihub members will be revitalised with the feeling that they are starting to change – and the realisation that nothing is impossible with the right strength, belief and mindset to do it.
