Risk Evaluation
Jeff Says continuously monitors workforce wellbeing through in-app chats, brief pulse check-ins and behavioural signals, detecting early warning signs and surfacing anonymous, aggregated trends and HR-facing alerts. HR receives clear, actionable recommendations so changes can be made to lower risk before negative effects emerge. Data is privacy-first and presented as organisational insights, not identifiable records.
