After spending time in Rehab myself, this was the first thing I focused on.
This bespoke programme includes:
engaging in regular exercise, practicing mindfulness or meditation, eating a balanced diet and cultivating healthy relationships with others. Aftercare can also provide opportunities to explore new hobbies and interests, as well as develop new career or educational goals.

Podcasts
Happihub Workshops
We have created a series of workshops, designed to cater for different industries and businesses.
With a choice of half day and full day, we individually assess your employees across a range of lifestyle choices. i.e. mental health, fitness, sleep, mindfulness. We also assess each person's body composition using a Tanita DC-360 P bio-impedance and body composition analyser. After each individual has been assessed, we then run the workshops around the framework of: importance of mental health in the workplace, the understanding of personality traits, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness and much more.
Due to each workshop being tailored to the business, all options will be discussed and agreed prior to booking.
