• Returns

Once we receive the item and confirm the fault or damage, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.

1.2. Change of Mind: If you have changed your mind about a product and would like to return it, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund for the product's purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs.

• Refunds

2.1. Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 working days. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

2.2. In cases where a refund is issued, please note that it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Exchanges

3.1. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, color, or model, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

Delivery for most of our products is £3.99 to all areas of the UK. Some heavier items are charged at a higher rate of £6.99. Estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days after purchase.

 

Please note: Items of clothing in sizes XL and 2XL will take 7-10 workings days for delivery as they are made to order.
